By ordering with us you agree to our terms and conditions.

Any orders made on this site will be legally binding as a contract of sale and cannot be cancelled once the order has been placed.

Incorrectly ordered goods will only be exchanged at the discretion of the Danielle Barker Ceramics.

All faulty goods will be exchanged or a refund will be offered at the discretion of the Danielle Barker Ceramics.

If an item is out of stock we will contact you to inform you of the situation and how long the item will take to arrive.

Orders will be dispatched between 5 to 10 working days as each piece is hand made to order. Delivery usually takes 1-2 working days but please allow 1-5 working days before contacting us.

All payments must be cleared before items will be dispatched. Credit or debit card payments are through a Secure Paypal Payment Page.
